Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrival in Marrakech
On the first day of your 10 days trip from Marrakech itinerary, your driver will welcome you upon arrival at Marrakech Menara Airport and transfer you to your hotel or traditional riad in Marrakech. Depending on your arrival time, you may have the opportunity to explore some of the city’s most famous attractions and vibrant souks.
This experience offers a perfect introduction to the heart and soul of Marrakech, where you can discover local culture, admire traditional craftsmanship, and practice bargaining for authentic Moroccan treasures. In the evening, you can enjoy dinner at one of the city’s local restaurants before returning to your hotel or riad for an overnight stay.
Day 2 : Marrakech – Essaouira
After breakfast, we depart west toward the beautiful coastal city of Essaouira. Along the way, we will stop to visit an argan tree plantation and a local cooperative, where you can learn about the production of Morocco’s famous argan oil. If you are lucky, you may even see goats climbing the argan trees — one of the region’s most unique sights. We will also make a few stops to enjoy panoramic views before continuing to Essaouira, formerly known as Mogador, one of Morocco’s most charming seaside towns.
Upon arrival, you will have free time to explore the lively fishing port, walk along the historic ramparts lined with ancient cannons, and wander through the atmospheric old medina filled with artisan shops and narrow streets. Overnight stay in Essaouira
Day 3 : Essaouira – Guided Tour sightseeing Marrakech
We return to Marrakech to discover the city’s most iconic landmarks with a local guide. As one of Morocco’s historic imperial cities, Marrakech is renowned for its rich culture, vibrant atmosphere, and remarkable architecture.
During the guided tour, you will visit the magnificent Bahia Palace, a stunning 19th-century palace known for its intricate Moroccan craftsmanship and beautiful courtyards. You will also explore the historic Ben Youssef Madrasa, a former Islamic school admired for its impressive traditional Moroccan design and detailed decoration.
The tour continues through the lively Medina and its colorful souks, where local artisans display handmade crafts, spices, textiles, and traditional goods. You will then experience the energetic atmosphere of Jemaa el-Fnaa, the city’s famous central square filled with street performers, food stalls, and local entertainment. Finally, you will admire the iconic Koutoubia Mosque, the largest mosque in Marrakech and one of the city’s most recognizable landmarks.
Day 4: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Rose Valley – Dades Valley .
After breakfast, depart from Marrakech and journey through the spectacular High Atlas Mountains, crossing the scenic Tizi n’Tichka Pass, the highest mountain pass in Morocco. Along the way, enjoy several stops to admire the breathtaking landscapes, traditional Berber villages, and panoramic mountain views.
Continue to the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s best-preserved fortified villages. This remarkable kasbah has been featured in numerous international productions, including Gladiator, Alexander, The Mummy, and the acclaimed TV series Game of Thrones. Enjoy a 40 minute walk through the ancient village and climb to the summit for stunning panoramic views.
The journey then continues to Ouarzazate, often referred to as the “Gateway to the Sahara,” where you’ll have free time to enjoy lunch at your leisure.
In the afternoon, travel through the lush Skoura Oasis, renowned for its extensive palm groves and historic kasbahs, before passing through the fragrant Rose Valley, famous for its Damask roses and locally produced rose-based products.
Arrive in Boumalne Dades, nestled in the heart of the spectacular Dades Valley, where you’ll check in to your accommodation and enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner.
Day 5: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Merzouga Desert – Camel Trek – Luxury Desert Camp
After breakfast, travel through the beautiful Dades Valley before stopping at the spectacular Todra Gorges, where you’ll have free time to explore the towering canyon and enjoy its breathtaking scenery.
Continue through the palm groves of Touroug and Tinjdad, with free time for lunch along the way.
In the afternoon, arrive at the golden dunes of Merzouga, where you’ll begin a memorable camel trek across the Sahara. Pause to admire the stunning desert sunset before reaching your luxury desert camp. End the day with a traditional Moroccan dinner, followed by Berber music and drumming under the stars.
Day 6: Explore Merzouga – Nomads – Khamlia – Merzouga Lake – Palm Grove
Start the day with an unforgettable sunrise over the Sahara, followed by breakfast at the camp. Return to Merzouga by camel or 4×4, then set off to explore the region’s unique landscapes and culture.
Visit a traditional nomad family and enjoy Berber tea while learning about their way of life. Continue to Khamlia Village, where you’ll experience the vibrant rhythms of traditional Gnaoua music. After free time for lunch, stroll through a lush palm grove before visiting the peaceful Merzouga Lake (Flamingo Lake), a seasonal haven for migratory birds.
Return to your riad near the dunes for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 7 : Merzouga – Rissani – Erfoud-Ziz Valley – Ifran – Fes
On the 7th day of your 10 days trip from marrakech, after breakfast at the desert camp, return to Merzouga either by camel trek or by 4×4 vehicle, where your driver will be waiting for you.
We then leave the Sahara behind and head to Rissani, the former capital of Tafilalet and one of the region’s most important trading centers. Explore its traditional souk, especially lively on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, before continuing to Erfoud, famous for its fossilized marble workshops.
Next, travel along the scenic Ziz River and stop to admire the breathtaking panoramic views of the Ziz Valley. Continue to Midelt for a relaxing lunch break, then drive through the cedar forests of the Middle Atlas, home to the playful Barbary macaques.
Later, visit Ifrane, known for its alpine-style architecture, clean streets, and cool climate, earning it the nickname “The Switzerland of Morocco.” By evening, arrive in Fes, where you will be transferred to your accommodation
Day 8 : Exploring Fes
After breakfast, spend the 8th day of your 10 days trip from marrakech, exploring the cultural and spiritual capital of Morocco, Fes, with a local guide. Discover the fascinating history and rich heritage of one of the world’s oldest medieval cities.
Your guided tour begins with a visit to the Royal Palace gate, followed by a panoramic view of the ancient Medina from the southern fortress. Then explore the famous Fes el-Bali Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its narrow alleys, bustling souks, traditional tanneries, and historic monuments.
Visit some of the city’s most important attractions, including Al Quaraouiyine University, considered the oldest existing university in the world, the Bou Inania Madrasa, the Nejjarine Fountain, and the vibrant leather tanneries. Enjoy free time for lunch at a local restaurant in the Medina.

Day 9 : Fes – Chefchaouen

Day 10 : Chefchaouen – Rabat – Casablanca
On the final day of your 10 days trip from Marrakech, leave Chefchaouen and travel toward Casablanca, with a stop in Rabat, the capital city of Morocco. Visit some of Rabat’s famous landmarks, including the Hassan Tower, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V, and the Kasbah of the Udayas overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
After exploring Rabat, continue to Casablanca, Morocco’s vibrant economic capital. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have the opportunity to visit the impressive Hassan II Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world, located on the Atlantic coast.
